Oh man, that was romantic!
We wanted to do something special on our last evening in Mauritius and found Liza and her Sea Serenity team via Google Maps. We communicated via whatsapp and booked the sunset trip. If you don’t want to ready the whole story - just go and book a trip with them already you won’t regret it!

We first struggled a little to find the small road leading to the beach where we were supposed to meet. If you are in front of the Nitzana restaurant as per instructions, look towards the other side of the road, direction beach and you’ll find a tiny road on the left. That’s the alleyway to the beach.
Then just a few steps down and you’re at one of these beautiful beaches - where the boat is going to wait for you.

Once you hop in the boat and left the shallow beach area you’re up for a little adrenalin jump as the speedboat goes full steam towards the island. It wasn’t a windy day but we still jumped over some fairly high waves - giggles and fun ahead!

After 20 minutes or so the boat will be docked on a buoy next to the island and you’ll have the opportunity to snorkel. We are both very far from being snorkel experts but it was just beautiful. The open sea waves and deep water can be a little intimidating but your braveness will be rewarded with hundreds of fished and all sizes and shapes and colours. A must!

And now it’s sunset time!
A few snacks and drinks got served, conversations started, Bob Marley tunes were played and love was in the air.

It was really good to get to know Liza a little - she has such great believes and standards.

All in all a fantastic trip - don’t hesitate to book.
